Wyatt and Billy wake up after a wild night out partying, and they can't remember anything. No sooner do they realize that they're in famous pop star Zoe Day's Soho apartment than they come across her body shot dead in a pool of blood.
They hold off calling the cops in favor of searching the apartment for any clues that might lead to some memory of what actually happened last night. And as the two friends find a gun, and even a man tied to a chair in the closet, we begin seeing their vivid but fragmented flashbacks of what happened last night - a struggle ending in murder.
As they try to piece together the story, neither Wyatt nor Billy can remember who was responsible for what. But they both know that Zoe Day hired them to do something devious, and that a gun went off. Their tense attempts at jogging each others memories turn to suspicious disagreement on what really occurred.
The two young men begin accusing each other, and their deep friendship quickly comes under question for each of them. The tension mounts to the gun firing one more time.
But with the gunblast comes the discovery of one final clue, and we are finally able to piece the entire night back together in full. We now see a new, complete timeline made up of the fragmented pieces we've been reliving over and over again all along. The surprising truth of last night's events are suddenly revealed, returning the friendship to its proper place.
